Lemon Drizzle Sponge Cake

The classic cake. simplicity at its finest!

Sponge filled with Lemon Zest, lemon juice and baked until golden brown, soaked in a delicious lemon drizzle and then more lemon zest on top. Icing can be added if you wish. 

You will receive a full cake of this product, it can be pre-cut into portions for you. If you want it to be left complete that's fine too, please add a note if you prefer it to be pre-cut.
